Starting 2010, the first LabVIEW Academy program implementation in Romania and one of the largest in Eastern Europe has become operational. The program is implemented within the laboratory for Intelligent Measurement Technologies and Transducers, Department of Automatic Control and Industrial Informatics, Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers, University “Politehnica” of Bucharest. Leveraging this program, students gain access to updated software and hardware learning resources, based on National Instruments technologies. They can also become certified for free as virtual instrumentation specialists by taking the LabVIEW – Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD) exam. With help from the LabVIEW Student Ambassadors, students can improve their capacity to build complex measurement, testing and automation systems, in a series of dedicated workshops.
